\nThe products offered through this website are only available in Greece. All orders of products are subject to availability. 6. Rejection of Order<\/strong>

If you choose to pick up your order from our store at 23 Sotiros, Piraeus, the products will be reserved by our store for 3 working days.
\nAfter this period the order will be considered invalid.<\/p>\n

7. Delivery.<\/strong>
\nWithout prejudice to the provisions of clause 5 above regarding the availability of the Products and subject to the existence of exceptional circumstances in this regard, we will make every effort to complete your order for the Product(s) listed in the Order Confirmation by the delivery date specified in the Order Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time period shown when you select a payment method, and in any event within the estimated time period shown when you select a payment method, and in any event within the time period specified in the Order Confirmation. The delivery of the products is carried out through our partner carrier and the delivery time is between 1 and 3 working days from the day following the Order Confirmation. We do not make deliveries on Saturdays and Sundays.
\nHowever, delays may occur in Cases such as depending on the delivery area or in unforeseen circumstances (e.g. severe or unforeseen weather events).
\nIf for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you and offer you the option to either continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or to cancel the order by purchasing an equivalent value of other products of our company or refund to an account you specify, if your order has already been paid by credit card or deposit to our bank account.
\nFor the purposes of these Terms, \"delivery\" will be deemed to have taken place or the order will be deemed to have been delivered when you or a third party on your behalf, other than the carrier, has obtained physical possession or control of the goods, as evidenced by the signing of the acknowledgement of receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address.<\/p>\n

8. Non-delivery.<\/strong>
\nIf it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, they will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to pick it up and will contact you by phone. If, after 10 days from the time your order is available for delivery, that order has not yet been delivered through your fault and returned to us, then if you have already paid for your order by credit\/debit card or deposit to our account, we will reship your order in consultation with you. The shipping costs this time will be borne by you.<\/p>\n

If the payment method of your order is cash on delivery and it has not been delivered to you through your own fault, and you have not responded to telephone calls or emails, both ours and the transport company's, and the order is returned to us, as unacceptable, then the shipment of your next order will not be possible by cash on delivery and will have to be prepaid either by bank deposit or credit\/debit card in order for your order to be shipped.

9. Risk Shifting and Product Prevalence.<\/strong>

\nIf you withdraw from this Agreement, we offer you the possibility to place an order of the same value as the order of other products of our company, or to return the value of your order without including the cost of shipping.

\nNecessary conditions for exercising the right are that the product has not been used, that no labels or markings (e.g. stickers, brand marking, etc.) have been removed from the clothing, footwear and accessories. In addition, all items must be returned in the perfect condition in which they were received, without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging), and must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.<\/p>\n

12. Return and\/or replacement policy for defective products - Merchandise changes.<\/strong>

The same applies to the contact and shipping address of the products as well as to landline contact numbers. Therefore, when you send your first order request visit you are asked to open an account with us and create a user profile (Name, gender and date of birth), using your own unique security codes (username & password).
