Cancellation & Returns Policy of the store Noble.com.gr.

1.1 Right of Withdrawal.
If you are dealing as a consumer, you can withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party acting on your instructions, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the goods, or in the case of an order with more than one product after 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party acting on your instructions, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession or control of the last product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may notify our company at our address details above or by telephone 210 412 4986, or by sending an Email to:  info@noble.com.gr, or by writing to our contact form, of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement by express declaration. To withdraw in due time, it is sufficient to send your communication regarding the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal deadline.

1.2 Withdrawal results.
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we offer you the opportunity to place an order of the same value as the order of other products of our company or the return of the value of the products of your order, excluding shipping costs.
In particular, in this case the return and delivery of the products to us will be made after contacting us at 210 412 4986 or email to  info@noble.com.gr. Then in case of replacement of the products with new ones, we will send you the products and when you receive them at the same courier, you will give the products back. In this case, the value of the return shipping costs is borne by you and is 5 €. In case of a refund, you must call either our partner carrier or someone of your choice to pick up the products from you and return them to our company's headquarters. In this case, the return costs will be borne solely by you. The money relating to the value of the products and not any transport charges of your original order, will be paid into an account that you have designated to us, within 5 working days from the date of receipt of the products by our company. You shall be liable for any impairment of the value of the products as a result of such treatment which alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.
Necessary conditions for exercising the right are that the product has not been used, that no labels or markings (e.g. stickers, brand marking, etc.) have been removed from the clothing, footwear and accessories. In addition, all items must be returned in the perfect condition in which they were received, without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging), and must also be accompanied by all the necessary documents.

2. Return and/or replacement policy for defective products - Merchandise changes.
Our company takes every possible measure to ensure that all products (regardless of type) are packed specially and carefully in order to reach you without damage. In very rare cases, however, there is a possibility that one of these products may be damaged during shipment to you or that you may receive a product with a defect. For this reason, and notwithstanding your above right of withdrawal which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.
If you receive the product without expressing a specific reservation, it means that you have unconditionally received the product from our company. However, if you find that there are damages and / or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us by phone at 210 412 4986 or by e-mail  info@noble.com.gr, stating whether you wish to be sent a new replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. If you wish to have a new product sent to you for replacement, the new product will be sent to you at no additional charge.
If the product you received is proven to be defective by its manufacture, then: for clothes, shoes, clothing accessories you can request their replacement with the same or another product of your choice and/or the issuance of a credit invoice or refund, without any charge for shipping to you. Changes are made within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase of the product.

3. Non-delivery.
If it becomes impossible for the carrier to deliver your order, they will leave you a note explaining where your order is and what you need to do to pick it up and will contact you by phone. If, after 10 days from the time your order is available for delivery, that order has not yet been delivered through your fault and returned to us, then if you have already paid for your order by credit/debit card or deposit to our account, we will reship your order in consultation with you. The shipping costs this time will be borne by you.

If the payment method of your order is cash on delivery and it has not been delivered to you through your own fault, and you have not responded to telephone calls or emails, both ours and the transport company's, and the order is returned to us, as unacceptable, then the shipment of your next order will not be possible by cash on delivery and will have to be prepaid either by bank deposit or credit/debit card in order for your order to be shipped.
In case of loss of your order due to a carrier's error, we will inform you about it and we will take care if you still wish to complete the order and replace and resend you the same products.
